What's cookin'?
I have a new obsession with brightly coloured enameled cooking pots, the red one has a steamer on top so I do all my veg in there. I bought a new enameled teapot at the Hebden Bridge Vintage fair on Saturday 12th Sept. It was a really good event with varied stalls and lovely cheap veggie food. If another one is coming up I'll keep you posted. I'm also going to start Victoria's Vintage Wardrobe at my next fair on the 2nd October at Victoria Baths in Manchester as I now have about two thousand dresses and they won't all squeeze in my wardrobe so come along and have a look.

How do you like these little barkers? They're lovely big chalkware dogs. I love 'em. I hope they sell as a pair as they get on really well...

Time for drinks roulette...
You could have a great game with these shot glasses on a rotating stand, as each glass is a different colour you wouldn't know what you were getting.. Could be nice could be nasty...
Anyway I was meaning to say that it's time again

Lot of Bottle....
These bottles are from a chemist's shop and still have their beautiful original labels. I put wax flowers in them for a very affordable floral display. I am inspired by Nicolette Owens the florist (check out Nicolette and Sarah's Little Flower School) this week. If I sell about a million of these bottles I can save up enough money to fly to New York and do one of their workshops.

Item of the Week...
At Todmorden 'Vintage meets Handmade Fair' last Saturday it's not too much of an exaggeration to say about 457 people picked this caddy up and looked at it lovingly... but nobody bought it. They will soon though because looking at it evokes a feeling of the past and lives lived that you just can't get from a tupperware container from Ikea.

Item of the week..
This beautiful art deco silver plated bun stand is my latest and proudest vintage find. I'm putting apples on it to be healthy as my I haven't yet eliminated my Christmas spare tyre/s. Photography this week is c/o my new Hipstmatic phone app. I'm lovin it's retro hotspot and wonky viewfinder angle.

Fancy a jar?...
Got a bit of a 70's collection going on at the moment. I really like this tablecloth as it reminds me of the wallpaper my Grandma used to have in her bathroom. Come and see the rest of my finds at my next Vintage Fair at Todmorden Town Hall on Saturday 19th Feb. It's vintage meets handmade so will be great and full of unique pieces.

Give Peas a Chance...
I've been for a really cold walk up on the moors with my dog Vince. It was very bleak and dramatic with the sun breaking through the clouds in Jacob's ladders. My ears felt like they were going to fall off. So I put on a picture to remind me of summer. The sweet peas were from my garden last summer and the dairy jug from a bloke on a flea market. I've sold this one but will have to find another as it looks pretty with flowers in.
